Oil spills, unfortunately, are a common occurrence in today’s world. They happen in any place - urban, rural and remote unpopulated areas, on land, waterways and sea - in small and large quantities.
Munox® SR can be applied to remediate all types of spills and contaminants. It is one of the most effective products for complete removal of petroleum and petrochemicals - refined products such as gasoline, constituents like benzene, or unrefined as crude oil. The product has been put to the test in hundreds of sites with outstanding results.
It is ideal for remediation of beaches, inlets, ponds, marshes, pits, gas stations, soil and ground water, and wherever spills occur and regardless of the spill being fresh or weathered.
However, it is not recommended for treatment of spills in flowing water such as rivers, surf and open marine water, as the dynamic flowing conditions makes it difficult to control and monitor the process.
